Trees

When we came home from our trip to Pinawa the weather was awful. The wind was apparently upwards of 70 - 80KM. One of our trees was down when we got home. Thankfully it fell parallel to the house and not towards it. After taking a good look at the others in our yard we decided to get rid of them all. We had been thinking about it ever since we moved in, but we never had the motivation to spend the money to get it done. We did two trees ourselves, but the other 3 were likely about 60 ft tall, so we hired a tree service to remove them. We are glad we paid some professionals to do it. It is not like on the farm where you can cut it down, drag it away with the tractor and burn it in the middle of the yard. They had to block off the street for a good portion of the morning to get it done. Our yard looks totally different, and now it is a little more safe.

Your yard really looks different now. I bet there is a lot more light in your house now that it isn't in the shade.
